Adorable, comfy 1940s pajamas. Probably hand made, definitely one of a kind. Soft cotton in a nice year-round weight, good used vintage condition. Okay to machine wash (I washed them today, in fact). Would estimate these would fit a 4-6 best. Stretchy waistband, boxy top. Buttons. Waist is 30\" with some stretch. There is some fraying to the INSIDE of the waistband - that should show in one of the photos. There is also a very small worn spot near the waistband - neither shows when worn, but please be aware this is a pre-loved, original vintage item.
