This is a fully decorated tree which comes as pictured including the Hallmark miniature tree, 50 mini colored lights, garland, 30 miniature Hallmark ornaments with original boxes, and a few other additional ornaments. I’m also including a tree skirt made to go with this tree (green fabric with Candy canes and gold holly leaves). The tree topper is a small dog. The Hallmark Keepsake Ornament boxed sets are: Joy to the World Children, Joy to the World Angels, Cookie Season, Green Thumb Gardening (please note clogs are chipped with no hook which can just set on a branch), Winnie the Pooh Collection Catching Snowflakes, and Dream (Paintbox Pixies). They all have their original boxes which are in very nice condition. The Hallmark ornaments all have gold Hallmark miniature Ornament hooks. The Tree itself measures about 25\" tall and 14\" wide. It is a Hallmark tree designed for miniature ornaments. The base has 3 legs which are removable for storage if desired. It is small enough to cover and store as is in a closet. It\'s a great tree for small places or decorate as an additional tree in another room. It comes from a smoke free home. I will remove the Hallmark ornaments for shipping. The boxed sets are dated 2007 and Dream 2002.
