Many of my listings come from thrift stores or yard and estate sales. Usually, I won\'t

know specifics about the Environment they came from; whether the previous owners

were smokers or had pets. Although most of the items are pre-owned, I take care to

only list things I consider to be in good to excellent condition, with no detectable odors,

stains or other flaws (unless flaw is minor, in which case it will be noted in the listing.)

Some clothing items will be washed before listing and if so, it will be stated in the listing.

Take a few moments to check any measurements shown in a listing, todetermine agood

fit.This applies to any type of item, butclothing size labels can be particularly deceiving.

Size labels vary radicallyamong designers and makers.

I do my best in photographing and describing items. I prefer to err on theside of too

muchdetail rather than not enough.I carefully inspect each item before listing and again

before shipment,but occasionally something is missed.

Please let me know if there is a problem with your item before leaving negative or

neutral response. I am alwayswilling to refund a payment or offer a discount if I have

made a mistake.

Please ask questions before offerding or buying if anything in the listing is unclear.

In the the interest of conserving resources, much of the packaging I use is recycled.

No matter what materials are used, your purchase will be securely packaged for shipment.

I have one indoor cat.He is kept out of the packaging room, but I mention this in case

you have allergies.

PAYMENTS & SHIPPING:

I send items to PayPal confirmed shipping addresses ONLY. Usually, I don\'t offer

international shipping, but if you live outside of the U.S., contact me before offerding

to determine whether or not I can ship to your country.

Shipping is done Monday through Friday. In most cases, the item will be sent out

within 24 hours of payment. If payment is made on Friday evening through Sunday

evening, it will be shipped on the following Monday.

Payment is due within 4 days of winning an sale. However, if you are offerding on

more than one item and the sales are several days apart, please let me knowand I

will be glad to wait and give you combined shipping.

REFUNDS:

I have a 14 day return policy. I will refund the offer amount AND the original shipping

only if I madea mistake in the listing. On returns for any other reason, I will refund the

offer amount only.
