The attached twelve photographs with this listing are photos taken of the exact collectible item being offered for sale with this sale. This is the only piece we have like this, as it comes from the estate of a twenty plus year collection of Department 56 collectibles. All pieces of the collection are now being liquidated and offered for sale due to the declining health of the original owner. All 150 plus pieces are being offered here for sale through our store, with all sales ending during five consecutive days of April 11th through April 15th.

As shown, this rare, and highly collectible Department 56 hand paint collectible is from the highly sought after, Heritage Village Series, and part of the original Dickens Village Collection, as indicated on the shown box in the attached photographs. Item is in like new condition, without flaws. Original working light insert comes with the piece as shown inside the original box with original styro-foam.

Original owner of this item is now choosing to sell off her entire massive collection of Department 56 items here on with a wonderful sale format! Opening offers will be way below the items value, and will make all items worth taking a look and watching. Combined shipping is also available for multiple purchases for anyone purchasing more than one item. Combined shipping prices will be calculated after all sales have ended, and FEDEX home delivery will be used for large combined shipping orders. All orders will be insured for the selling price.
