LAST ONE ON !!!!! Not in mint condition but in excellent condition. Don\'t miss out on the opportunity to own this very rare and hard to find building from the A Christmas Story Collection. This specific building was introduced in 2005 and retired in 2006. Only one year before they decided to retire this building. Years are printed under the piece itself and under the box. This will come in the original green box with its original price tag and original Sears label. Please look at all photos closely. There are no chips or cracks but box does have some creases.This is from my personal collection but sadly must part with them. Slowly but surely I will be listing more pieces so check back to see my other listings as I go along. If you have special requests for shipping like wrap in extra material, etc. please let me know because that may cause an increase in weight and may charge a fee difference for this.
