misrepresentation is a problem in this category, especially the

I'd also advise buyers to avoid listings that use
stock photos or only show the box; department56 is certainly not an item
to be purchased sight unseen. In addition, the current response system
is meaningless when everyone has 98% or better and the buyer protection
policy doesn't cover any of the 2-way shipping losses on a standard
return. It's
unfortunate that most people will ignore this message, only to realize
its truth. Hopefully I've opened a few eyes to the advantages of
dealing with a five star dept56 specialist. Shipping My
shipping rates may be slightly higher than other sellers but I
guarantee that you'll get your money's worth. All of my items are fully
insured and shipped in large boxes with lots of packaging materials. Please don't leave a low star rating on shipping.
I spend hundreds on packing materials and can't match the prices of
sellers who stuff these fragile items into small boxes and ship USPS
parcel post without insurance.
