Dept 56TheChristmas Lake Chalet ispart of the Snow Village Collection. This gift set is Item #55061. It was introduced for only 1 year - 2001.This makes it very desirable and a highly collectible piece. The gift set includes the Lake Chalet porcelain lighted building, the Final Touch accessory, two sisal trees and a bag of snow. One of the focal points of this set is the fireplace that flickers that you can see from the second floor window. A really nice touch to a Dept 56 piece!

The building is inexcellent shape, no chips or cracks, and includes the power cord and bulb. Box is also in good shape with minimal shelf wear.

PAYMENT: We require that payment be made within 5 days after the sale is completed. We accept PayPal as our only method of payment.

SHIPPING: We ship promptly, usually within 24 hours after payment is received. We ship using USPS Priority as that has proven to be the best method with the least amount of damages being reported. There is not much price difference between some of the other methods, so we want to use the one that ensures you get your package timely and in one piece so you can enjoy it! All shipping is paid for by the buyer unless free shipping is stated in the ad. We will either clearly state a shipping price or else your shipping will be calculated when you enter your zip code so it is based on where it is going. If you are going to buy multiple items, please let us know and do not pay until we send you a combined invoice so we can try to save you some money.

If the ad allows for International shipping, just a reminder that all taxes, tariffs, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer. Also we will not mark that this is a gift at zero value.

RETURNS: We have a return policy as long as we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the package AND you return the item to us in the same package and condition that you received it in. Buyer pays for the return shipping, prepaid and insured for the full value. IF HOWEVER, IT IS SOMEHOW OUR MISTAKE, then we will promptly refund all your money, including the cost to ship it back, as soon as we receive the package back. You have to remember that if we list something as USED, it was previously owned, so it may have been displayed, repackaged or show slight wear but we will note that as clearly as we can, so you are not disappointed when you receive one of our items.
