You might consider stopping by the Be Witching Costume Shop… This little shop on the edge of town is known to have all the latest items in stock… The old witch who owns the shop and lives upstairs can be seen rocking in her chair on the balcony… BEWARE… lest some harm befall you… This piece was introduced in May 2006 in honor of the 30th anniversary of Department 56. It was retired only 6 months later after a limited production run of 8,000 hand-numbered pieces. The traditional symbol for celebrating the 30th anniversary is the pearl. This building has been designed with pearlized details to commemorate this special anniversary. ~ Item is from a local estate sale. One of the skull lights on this item does NOT work (the third skull light from the left). Otherwise our inspection revealed no chips, cracks, repairs or other flaws. Animation works perfectly. The witch, a flying bat and a sign are separate in the box. The Styrofoam box shows wear as does the sleeve. The last photo is stock. Others are of the actual item you will receive. All items are described to the best of our ability. We have been collectors for a long time ourselves, so we try to look at each individual piece as if we were acquiring it personally. To receive an authorization to return an item(s), you must contact us within three (3) days of item receipt (determined by the Delivery Confirmation). Good (G) - Item has been used and shows some wear. Marks or scratches may be evident.
