This sale is for Department 56 Season\'s Bay #53400 \"The Grandview Shores Hotel.\" It was issued in 1998. It is 9 inches tall and 14 inches long and 8 inches wide. It has been displayed and is good condition. There are no chips or cracks. The light cord is included. Paint is in good condition. The small Flags for the top of the building are MISSING it doesn\'t take away from this great piece, I just wanted to make you aware of it. It would look great in your village display.
