Will be listing many Dept 56 houses/buildings, accessories, etc. All of these come from private collections and are bought in bulk. I will try my best to describe, show photos, etc, but do not always inspect each one closely when buying. As far as I know, these are in excellent condition unless otherwise noted. Some have been in storage, some are in near mint condition, but they come in mixed lots so all are listed as used. Please ask questions if you need and buy accordingly.
