Postage

· We are happy to ship internationally.

· We send by 1st class large Letter Mail immediately upon clearance of your Payment.

· All items are sent to the buyers' confirmed address unless otherwise requested

· All orders are dispatched within one working day, orders received by 2pm are usually despatched the same day subject to the clearance of payment (Mon-Fri). The only exception is Saturdays, Sunday and Bank or other National Holidays

· All customers entitled to a postage discount will receive a refund via PayPal as the system cannot cope with free postage for multiple items!

Terms of Sale

If you are not happy with your purchase please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition that it left us within 5 days. When we receive the item we will issue the refund. The buyer is responsible for the return postal fees.

We source quality charms and ensure that all items that leave our shop are in good condition, in the unlikely event that an item is faulty or are damaged in posting they must also be returned to us before we can issue a refund or replacement

It is the buyer’s responsibility if their address details are incorrect

Payment

Payment is expected within 48 hours after the end of the sale.

The buyer must contact us within 24 hours to advise how the payment will be send if not paying by PayPal.

If payment is not made on time we reserve the right to relist the item or give a second chance offer

We ship as soon as payment is cleared, usually the same day as the payment is made or the following business day.

We rely on postal services to deliver the products. In the unlikely event that there is delay in delivery, please check the marking on the package before penalising us for dispatch time.
