• We do allow 14 days to make payments which allows you to combine sale wins and save shipping money
• If you need to combine sale shipping, you will need to email us or request an updated total through so that we know you are finished offerding
• Combined shipping is not automatic due to the variety of items we sell from pins to giant signs so we must update your invoice manually
• Paying within the 14 days allowed will insure your payment is recorded with , your items ships quickly and you avoid any automated non payment messages
• We do use the automated non payment system to help us with tracking payments which will send you a non payment message from after the 16th day of non payment. This is an message that can be removed and will not hurt your account as long as its paid
• Due to our volume, we can only combine invoices that are paid at the same time and on the same invoice. We cannot refund shipping if buyer does not request combined invoice prior to paying.

  International Shipping

  • Theme Park Connection does ship International to all countries with most sales unless noted that we cannot due to size
  • Per policy, All International buyers must understand you are responsible to pay your own International Taxes (VAT-Value Added Sales Tax) charged to recieve your package
  • Theme Park Connection is not responsible for the tax & is an additional charge you may incur between your country & yourself which is not part of shipping
  • All international shipments are by Priority Mail which provides you Tracking and Insurance
  • The reason we can not ship Internationally by First Class/Parcel Post Mail is because it does not provide tracking or insurance like Priority does
  • We understand other sellers on may offer it but we do not want your item to be lost & not trackable so that it will arrive to you quickly & safely
  • Please understand it was a decision to keep international shipping rather than stopping it all together
  • Rates start at $22.99 (Canada $16.99) for Flat Rate Envelopes & includes your tracking number along with insurance
  • There is no additional cost to fill up a Flat Rate Priority Mail box as full as you can with smaller items like pins, buttons, etc which saves you money

  Return Information

  • If within 14 days of receiving your item you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return it to us for a full refund of the sale price
  • Buyer is required to pay return shipping & less the original shipping fee
  • There is only 2 reasons why we would pay return shipping which is the Item you recieved is not the one pictured or If item arrives broken as we would file an insurance claim to get your money returned to you
