• You can wait up to 2 weeks (14 days) to combine shipment purchases to save on shipping but must be paid in one invoice. We are unable to combine sales that are paid seperate due to our volume. You must email us to update the total at the time of checkout.

On rare occasions, it may take a little longer for glass, signs and larger items that require more care to protect or if I am out of town visiting my family in PA. • sellandship does ship international to all countries with most sales unless noted that I cannot due to size
• Per policy, All international buyers must understand you are responsible to pay your own International Taxes (VAT-Value Added Sales Tax) charged to recieve their package. sellandship is not responsible for the tax and is an additional charge you may incur between your country and yourself.
• All international shipments are now by Priority mail only as it provides you with a tracking number and provides you with insurance included
• Unfortunetly we cannot ship any other method than Priority Mail.
• We no longer can ship Internationally by First Class/Parcel Post Mail due too no tracking or insurance options, I understand other sellers on may offer it but we do not want your item to be lost and want it to arrive to you quickly and safely. Please understand it was a decision to keep international shipping rather than stopping it all together.
• Rates start at $13.50 and includes your tracking number and insurance, unfortunetly we can no longer offer first class for pins and little items due to the increase chance of lost and non trackable items but to make up for this you can fill a flat rate envelope full with as much that will fit in still for the same 13.50 Priority Mail Flat Rate.

• Insurance is included in the shipping amount to protect against lost item or damage in shipment

Return Information

• If within 5 days of receiving your item you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return it to us for a full refund of the sale price. Buyer is required to pay return shipping and less the original shipping fee. I cant be responsible for shipping fees due to any reason including condition as we sell as is only, for something not listed about item as that is buyer responsiblity if you dont see in sale you can ask prior to offerding, not liking the product. There is only 2 reasons why we would pay return shipping: 1. Item you recieved is not the one pictured 2. If item arrives broken as we would file an insurance claim to get your money returned to you.
