Australian buyers please note: The standard delivery timeframe for all orders from my store under $100 is 3 weeks from the date of shipment (not including handling time) as all my orders as sent directly from my overseas warehouse. If your needing your fabric sooner DHL is available for $18 australian with a usual arrival time of 5 to 7 business days from date of shipment and can be selected as an option when checking out. DHL is free for all orders over $100. Please do not purchase unless the delivery timeframe suits you to avoid disapointment.

Buyers Please Note:This Fabric is thin and lightweight, perfect for warmer climates. If you are shopping from a colder country please take the thickness fo the fabric into consideration for your project.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: If I buy more than one lengthof the same fabricwill it be cut as one piece?
A: Yes, If you purchase more than one lengthof this fabric it will be cut continuous up until 10 meters/yards.
The warehouse does this automatically to ensure the best experience for mybuyers.
For example:If you were to order 2 lengths of 50cm X 145cm (Imperial: 20*58") fabric it would come cut as one lot of 100cm X 145cm (Imperial: 40*58") fabric.
Any orders over 10 meters/ yards will be cut into ten meter/yard lengths to allow for easier shipping.
For Example:30 lengths of 50cm X 145cm (20*58") fabric would come as one 1000cm X 145cm (10 yards * 58 inch) length & one 500cm X 145cm (5 yards * 58 inch) length
Q: You haven't answered my message yet/I received an out of office email. When can I expect a reply?
A: I do my best to be as available to all of my wonderful customers as often as possible but I am a working Mum and there is only so much of me to go around! I work full-time during the week so I process orders, reply to questions/messages and update shipping info in the evenings.
I will always reply to any messages within 24 hours and I thank you all in advance for your patience and consideration.
Q: Can I get a discount for buying a bulk order of your fabrics?
While Idon't offer specific discounts for bulk orders Iregularly run promotions that allow mycustomers to save moneyor even receive free fabric when they order in bulk. Any promotions available will be advertised on the top of the listing page and prices will automatically adjust when you check out via the cart.
Q: Do you offer combined postage?
A: Yes Iabsolutley do,there is a flat rate per order regardless of how many lengths of fabric you purchase. The discount should apply directly when you check out via the cary but if this doesn't happen please message meand Iwill amend the postage for you manually.
Q: Will the colours be exactly the same as pictured?
A:Due to differences in computer monitors, actual colours may vary slightly from those shown, This is especially true with dark coloured prints. In saying that I do my best to make sure the images shown are quality images which accuratelyportray the product you will receive.
Buyers Please Note:If you are buying this fabric to match another fabric in your collection which you need more of wecannot guarantee that the print, fabric, style, colour will exactly match unless the original fabric was purchased from us. In cases where an exact match is needed wehighly recommend you return to the fabric distributor you purchased from originally to avoid disappointment.
Q: What is the best care plan for this fabric?
A: As this fabric is a poly cotton blend with heat transfer print it should be fine to wash in most temperatures without shrinkage and also should be fine in the dryer but please note as with any heat printed imaging on fabrics Irecommend you always use the lowest setting on your iron, iron from the blank side of the fabric and never use the steam function. There is also a chance while the fabric is still new that some of the residual dye will stain whatever surface you are ironing on (especially true with the darker coloured designs) so Irecommend the use of an old towel or rag underneath to avoid staining.
US Buyers Please Note:ALL children's sleepwear sold in the US has to be chemically treated to be flame resistant OR be tight fitting. But Most retail fabrics being sold online are not for use of children's sleepwear. If you are trying to buy fabric and make children's sleepwear for resell commercially, please make sure to ask seller if the fabric has pass the standard for the flammability of children's sleepwear.
This fabric is not chemically treated to be flame resistant.
Q: I am unsure how much fabric I need/will receive, what should I do?
A: If you are any way unsure how much fabric you need to order or are unsure of how much fabric you will receive please feel free to contact me as I am more than happy to assist with conversionand tell you exactly how many lengthsto order. A handy tip is to use your tape measure on your kitchen table to get a rough idea of the size and shape of the piece of fabric you will receive. If you choose not to seek my assistance with conversion prior to ordering I cannot be held accountable if the amount of fabric you order is not the correct amount for your project.
In saying that please contact me if you do have any issues as there may be ways I can assist.
Q: I am unhappy with my order/ I think my order is wrongwhat should I do?
A: Ipride myselfon offering beautiful fabrics with excellent customer service. That doesn't mean Ialways get it right and human error can occur.
If at any stage of your purchase you have an issue please contact meso Ican help to find a solution.
We do ask you to give us the chance to help prior to leaving negative or neutral response as we will usually bend over backwards to turn your experience into a postive one.
In saying that we respect your right to express your experience with us via 's response module and the response you leave will in no way affect what we will do to assist you asyou are our customer and we want you to have a wonderful experience purchasing from us.
Q: My order has not arrived. What should I do?
A: If your order has not arrived by the outside date specified on your orderplease message us so that we can follow up and see what is happening. It is not unusual for packages to get caught up in customs and unfortunately it's incredibly hard to give acurate/specific postage times for international post for this reason.
To assist with the above we provide a free package tracking service through aftership. You should receive an email to alert you of your tracking details with a link which you can click to track it at any time.
Q: Do you offer change of mind returns?
A: I do not currently accept change of mind returns as all of myfabrics are cut to order so please choose carefully.
In saying that if your item has a fault/serious defect/ is cut incorrectly or you do not receive the amount you ordered please send us a message with pictures of the faultand we will organise a refund/resend for you as soon as possible without there being a need for you to return the item.
Please note that pictures are a mandatory part of this process so please do not dispose of, destroy or use the fabric if there is a fault as if there is no pictures there is no way for me to assess the fault.
I also understand that there may be cirrcumstances outside of the ordinary where there may be a need to return an item, in these cases I will assess the needs of the customer needing to return the item on a case by case basis
SHIPPING & HANDLING
I operate in Australia but to keep prices low for all of mycustomers the majority of myitems are shipped directly from anoverseas warehouse. This helps to keep myprices affordable for mycustomers as well as providing cheap tracked postage which has an average arrival time of 10 to 15 business days after date of shipment. If for any reason this doesn't suit then please contact me PRIOR to purchase so I can answer any questions you may have.
Q: If your based in Australia, why do you ship from overseas?
A: The short answer is tracked shipping costs. Ican ship directly from theoverseas warehouse, with tracked shipping, anywhere in the world for under $5 Australian.
To ship worldwide with tracked shipping from Australia would cost at least $35 with an increase in cost dependant on country and weight.
To ship domestically with tracked shipping starts at $10 Australian and increases in costs dependant on weight and size.
Shipping directly from thewarehouse allows meto offer competitively priced postage and offer mybeautiful fabrics to the international market.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: If you are a domestic customer Ido advise that myshipping times may be longer than most people are used to with the majority of myorders arriving between 10 and 15business days from the day that the order is shipped.
If your an international customer the shipping times will be the same asstandard economy international shipping times.
Regardless of if you are a domestic or international customer Iask you to allow 10 to 20 business days for your order to arrive from the time of purchasebut depending on postage delays, what country you live in and the time of year a worst case scenario could be 25 to 30 business days from date of shipment.
In saying that Ifind that the majority of mycustomers receive their order within 10 to 15 business days after shipment.
Q: I need my fabric sooner, Is there an express shipping option?
A: Yes Ihave a variety of international express shipping options available to the majority of the countries Iship to which have an average arrival time of between 5 to 10 business days after your order is placed.
All express shipping options can be selected during checkout via the cart.

If you reside in Australia or the United states then express shipping is free for all orders over $100 AUD.
If you reside in the United Kingdom then express shipping is free for all orders over $200 AUD
I do this automatically for my customers so no additional shipping needs to be purchased or selected during checkout.
BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: Standard handling time applies for all express shipping options.
Q: Why is your handling time ten days?
A: I do my best to ensure fast processing of orders and get orders shipped as soon as possible butat times delays may occur due to printing issues, out of stock, etc.
I ask mycustomers to allow ten business days for handling as a worst case scenario.
In saying the above delays do not occur often and orders are usually shipped within 72hours of received payment.
Q: What payment options do you offer?
A: Iencourage the use of the paypal platform as a secure, hassle free way for customer to checkout via the cart and as such this is the only payment option we currently offer the majority of our customer. You can checkout throughthe cart via paypal using a credit or debit card without needing a paypal account.
For domestic Australian customer I can accept bank transfer when paypal is absolutley not an option but please note that your handling time does not begin until payment has cleared into my account. This can mean delays in shipment for your order.
Q: You have a Discount/offer/free shipping available at the moment but it didn't apply when I went to checkoutvia the cart, what should I do?
A: Please message me PRIOR to checking out so that I can investigate and see whats happening. Unfortunatley doesn't automatically register the discounts or promotions I am offering in all of the countries I ship to, this does not mean you aren't entitled to your freebie or discount it just means I have to manually apply it.
Remember that to activate any discount or promotion you must add all the items to the cart and checkout via the as one transaction.
