DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Items may be shipped via First-Class, Media Mail, Priority Mail or Parcel Post. Shipping costs include insurance and tracking. Please note that insurance only covers the actual value of item, not shipping costs.

Priority Mail International only. This includes indemnity/insurance, as well as tracking to certain countries. The buyer is responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country, which must be paid by the recipient; an estimate is given when calculating shipping. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

RETURNS

Items are described to the best of our knowledge. If an error was made in describing the item, we will take full responsibility and refund your money via PayPal, as well as pay for return shipping. If you change your mind about a purchase, a refund will be given (less shipping, including listings with free shipping) so long as the item is in the same condition as originally sold; for items classified as new/sealed, item must be unopened/unused, in its original packaging and tags still attached; buyer is responsible for return shipping. Notify us within 2 days of receiving package; you will have 14 days to ship item back for refund to be granted. A 10% restocking fee will apply.
