The FigRule is a Dollhouse Miniature Scale Converter, Measuring Tool. It accurately converts inches into 3 popular scales; 1:12 scale, 1:24 scale and 1:48" scale. If I could only have three tools in my tool box this would be one of them! This is a MUST have for any dollhouse collector, miniaturists or craftsperson. There is also a handy list in the center of the ruler giving standard sizes of common dollhouse items like table and chair heights and more. Made of a translucent and flexible plastic, only 4 5/8" inches across (11.7 cm). It's flexibility makes it perfect to wrap around difficult to measure objects. There is a different scale on each of the three edges of the ruler. 1" Scale is a ratio of 1:12 meaning 1" inch in dollhouse size equals 12" in real life. This scale is considered normal "dollhouse" size. Notice in the photos the whiskey bottle is 6" inches across if it were life sized, therefore too large to use as a regular whiskey bottle but it could be used as an oversized bottle in your scene.How To Use it:
1. Select the side of the ruler for the size you are collecting / working in.
2. Hold up any item to your ruler. It immediately shows you how large the item is in your chosen size setting, no math required! It is so easy and wonderful to use.
