Offered is this rare first quality Royal Doulton Character large sized jug d6616 produced during the period 1968 to 1981 This jug was designed by David Biggs. Thecharacter jug is described in the Charlton Standard Guide as follows:Handle: Lantern above a barrel, Colourway: Green hat, red scarf. The jug is in its impeccable first quality condition as when first purchased in the late1970s. It comes with a Royal Doulton blue box.
