Front cover has a stain while back cover has an ink mark. Some hints on making icing. 8 page section with colored photos on decorating cakes for special occasions such as Easter, St. Patrick\'s Day, Halloween, Christmas, Valentine\'s Day and other special occasions. The bakery was an established institution in Chicago for many years but apparently is now in bankruptcy. Nice item for any bakery or baking collection.
