A really fabulous original Whitby Jet Victorian mourning brooch, oval in shape with a nicely carvedcentral decorationin the formof grapes on a vine in high relief. In excellent condition for its age, just a few minor scuffs only visible under magnification.The brooch measures 2 inches by 1.5 inches (5 by 4 cms)and has the original pinat the backwith a wide hinge and C-clasp.
