The book arrived from the publisher wrapped in foam, in a fitted and taped box. When shipped to you, this box will be in additional bubble wrap, with more cardboard on the corners, and placed inside a USPS provided medium flat rate box. (double boxed) The book itself weighs almost 8 lbs. You will be sent a tracking number once we ship. We do not offer combined shipping. Items are mailed separately, and our items all have proper prices listed as low as we can go.
All of our books are in brand new condition and are shipped to you as we have received from the manufacturer. In fact, we do not even open the original box. It is wrapped again and put inside another box.

Overseas Info: On Jan 28, 2013, USA postal rates were increased. This heavy book now ships for $60 worldwide. We have no control over this. This is the best method for it to arrive safely and timely. Also, arrival can be as long as 2 months. We have no control over how long items get through customs.
