DESCRIPTION----- . Here we have a rare English ca.1900 Antique Boat shaped Lion handled basket bowl with lion masks all over the body with reticulated hand cut basket with acanthus leaf work and nice thick solid sterling silver. Made in Birmingham by Israel Sigmund Greenberg in 1900 and measuring 9" long x 5 3/4" wide and standing 4" tall with ring handles with lions faced. Weighing 6 ounces of sterling silver or 168 grams.
