A fascinating piece of nautical memorabilia. A piece of the actual iron from SS Great Eastern, by far the largest vessel of her day and very advanced for her time. I'm sure you all remember the famous picture of Brunel standing in front of the launching chains in 1857. Thelower half is engraved with a nice depiction of the vessel.
