This is the vintage Tutti outfit \"Clowning Around\" #3606.The cuffs on the sleeves have age spottingand it could use a steaming. Otherwise, it is in excellent condition. It is complete. It includes the dress, panties, shoes and clown. I don\'t know a lot about Tutti so if you have any questions feel free to contact me.
This item comes from an estate collection from an original owner that passed away. All the items in the collection are in great shape. They seem to be either un-played with or very gently played with. There is a lot more Tutti items in the sale.
