** We ship small items and international items via USPS Priority mail and larger or heavier items via UPS. Nicholas Smith Trains will not be held responsible or liable for any problems resulting at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Nicholas Smith Trains will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office, nor will we be held responsible for any additional fees the local carrier in your country may charge.

** We will combine items to save you money whenever possible.

** We generally charge 1-2 dollars for packing and handling. However, larger items or an sale with multiple items (a train set for example) may incur a larger handling fee. If you check my response you will see manycomments about the quality of my packaging. However I remind you good packing takes time and costs money.

** When shipping via UPS we are not able to ship to P.O. or A.P.O Boxes. An actual street address is required.

PAYMENT POLICIES

** If you win multiple items do not pay until you have received an invoice from me combining shipping and handling costs.

** Full payment of invoice is expected within 7 days of sending your invoice. If we do not receive your payment in that time frame and you have not notified us of special circumstances, we will use the Non Paying buyer Alert system to remind you of your

** We generally leave response after response is received from the purchaser.** All sales are final and items are sold "as is" so please ask questions before offerding. Unfortunately I am not able to be an expert on everything that has ever been made, but do my best to accurately describe each item. That being said, we are not unreasonable.
