Offered here are a STUNNING pair of vintage earrings from CHINA....marked "S925" on the back that are STERLING with a GOLD WASH, and estimated to be circa 1950's.

These are an EXCEPTIONAL pair of earrings from my Personal Collection that boast Genuine AMETHYST stones. The earrings are interestingly constructed with a round faux post that boasts a small AMETHYST cabochon in the center.....and the lower portion hinging from the post and also boasting an AMETHYST STONE. The stones are held within plain bezels and mounted on Gold Washed SILVER frames....embellished with GORGEOUS Caribbean Blue GLASS ENAMEL and beaded accents.

The earrings are absolutely EXQUISITE ....and the hinges give them Fluid movement!! They measure almost 1 1/2 inches long and are almost 1/2 inch wide. They have Shepard hooks.....and are meant for pierced ears.

These are an AMAZING pair of earrings that are in EXCELLENT vintage condition!! There is no damage to the enamel or stones, although at on time there were hooks on the back that stabilized the Shepard hooks. They are now missing....and of course this is no big deal at all. They would be an OUTSTANDING asset to any vintage/antique jewelry collection.

*Please note the gold you see in the Amethyst is a reflection from the gold backing due to the nature of the natural Amethyst stone which has less purple in some areas.
