This is a spectacular four glass brass regulator with curved glass side panels and green onyx base and top. The clock features brass Champleve\' work filled with colored vitreous enamel on the columns,finial top,dial center,bezel and pendulum. This is one of the finest examples of a French Champleve\' style clock you could ever want. This clock was made by E.Flet and was sold through TH Beyers jewelery store in Zurich,Switzerland between 1890 and 1900 according to their records. TH Beyers is a VERY high end jewelery store and only sell the highest quality timepieces. Little is known about E.Flet but his clocks do come up occasionally and are of the highest quality. The clock came to me in distressed condition. Every part has been cleaned,polished and lacquered, The screws and hands have been re-blued and the dial and numerals repainted. The movement has been overhauled and runs and strikes perfectly. Photos really can not do this clock justice,you will understand once you have it displayed in your home. This is a heavy clock,it weighs 15 pounds,11ounces. The clock stands 15in. high,8in. wide and 5in. deep. Shipping will not be cheap as it is a heavy clock and will be packed in a large box and heavily insured.
