Extremely Rare Antique German Sulphide Marble Cat Figure In Amber Glass 1 3/16" For Sale

This is an extremely hard-to-find, rare old handmade German Sulphide Marble with the figure of a Cat in Amber Colored Base Glass. The figure is fairly well centered but sits slightly forward in the glass. It has a nice silvery sheen with no air bubbles attached. The single pontil is positioned directly under the figure.

It measures approx 1 3/16" (1.192") and has overall surface wear. There are no nicks, chips, hitmarks or moons, just superficial play wear...so this would probably look fantastic with just a light buff/polish.
