An Extremely Rare and unusual Large Plaster Anatomical Model of a Cow\'s Udder.
Very realistically modelled and hand painted in fine detail and mounted on its original wooden base.
The model is in two sections with one udder which is removable via a metal catch to show the internal detailing.
Beautifully made with the makers metal plaque at the bottom which reads: \"R. BRENDEL . GRUNEWALD . BERLIN . BISMARCK - ALLEE 53.\"There are also two old painted letters \"B. X.9.\" and PD\" and a partial paper label \"ZVT\".Condition is very good for age with some minor losses to the plaster as you would expect and some old woodworm holes which have been treated in the past (please see photos).
