He is beautifully modelled wearing a fine painted colourful outfit and standing on a square base.
He stands around 4 and 1/2\" high and is missing an hand and the dog a front leg missing, still looking a cute figure.
The base is Meissen marked with crossed swords and star dot mark dating 1800-20. There is no cancellation mark.
A pretty piece of Low start so happy offerding.
