Early Bauer Pottery Matte Green Red Clay 9.5" Tall Hand Thrown Vase Unmarked
Altho unmarked, this majestic vase was hand made around 1915 by Bauer Pottery. The matte green glaze was thickly and evenly applied over red clay. There are a few very small nicks to the glaze on the bottom rim, the largest at 3/16", visible in last photo at about 6:00 o'clock. Otherwise, it is in superb condition. Measuring about 9.5" high, this will weigh 3.5 pounds when packed for shipment. You may choose from two different priced mailing options, or you may pick this up in San Francisco. NOTE: If you do not choose Priority, /Paypal does not yet allow me to print and pay postage online for the new USPS "parcel select" option, so I must take the package to the post office to mail it, meaning you will not receive an autoemail giving tracking info.
