Up for offers isa circa1940\'sWilsonleatherfootball!The leather on this beauty is in game used but good condition! It is nice and soft and supple but still very strong. It has that vintage leather football smell we all know and love and agreat shine. We never use a flash or direct sunlight when we take our photos. What you see is what you get. It has somegridiron battle scars and a little bit of warping on the bottom panel but overall it is in good shape!When we acquired this footbalI the bladder was shot. We replaced it with a brand new Wilson bladder. Checkout the cool leather laces!Theonly visible markings that we can make out is OFFICIAL.We are pretty certain it is a Wilson because of the stitching pattern around the lacing area. We added a scan (for reference only - not included) from a 1946 Wilson advertisement that shows 2 footballs with the same stitching pattern.The tips of the ball are in great shape (see photos). This very cool antique Wilsonfootball would look killer displayed in your office, sports room or man cave!It would make a great X-MAS gift! It will be shipped to you directly from the home of Pro football and the Pro Football Hall of Fame -Canton, Ohio! Wood display stand isnot included.
