Early Tom Stewart Small Rounded Head Niblick Antique Wood Shaft Golf Club For Sale
Very nice early Tom Stewart Small rounded head niblick. It is stamped with the early Pipe cleek mark (no reg stamp) E Foord, Ockmercet Burnham in oval shape. This is a heavy club with heavy nicking at the hosel. The line stamping on the face appears to have been done later. (professional job) The shaft is tight and straight with no cracks or repairs. Leather wrap grip. This is a very nice old small head niblick by a great maker. Head measures 2 1/2" x 2". Would make a great player. Length 38" circa 1895.
