Beautiful press print printed in 1974 on fiber based silver gelatin paper of Edward Weston's 1927 famous photograph titled "Two Shells". Weston who was known for his extreme quality and skill photographed many different shells as abstractions. He was a key member of the f/64 group and is considered one of the most important photographer's of the 20th Century.Please see our other listings for a beautiful original Weston printed by his grandson Kim Weston.Condition: Surface scratches throughout with two editorial crop marks painted on in white along the right side of image (should be able to be cleaned off by a good conservator).
