This beautiful early 20th century ring features an approximately 2-carat (9.4 X 7.7 mm) garnet, flanked on either side by tiny diamonds, and a very cool period setting. It is marked 10K and hallmarked something I can\'t make out. It is a size 5 1/4 but can be easily resized by your local jeweler.Total weight: 2.6 gramsThere are a few miniscule flea bites/dings in the stone from wear, none of which are visible to the naked eye. There is, however, a deeper scratch (zoom on the last 3 photos here)on the side of one facet. This is barely noticeable to the naked eye and certainly not at all noticeable to anyone but you looking closely.
