This post card is from the rare Elongated P series. It features a frowning judge owl presiding over a trial of a little boy dressed to the 9s, with a constable pointing a wounded jack o lantern.
The card has a starting of a crease showing on the front, but it doesn\'t go through the card. It has a long inscription, and is very intricate.
