Up for sale is a vintage natural untreated sapphire &diamond platinum ring.

This magnificent piece is in very good condition, it is Europeanin origin plus it is made up of very fine stones.

The center stone for this ring is a 6.60 carat naturaluntreated oval sapphire. This sapphire exhibits a beautiful vivid blue colorand very nice clarity. This sapphire was certified by GIA to be a naturaluntreated sapphire. The ring is very old but the certificate is fairly new. Thestone was certified in the mounting but was originally pulled out and weighedbefore being put back and sent to GIA.

The sapphire itself is a very old stone, the cut with high pavilionis an antique style cut, this stone was cut for beauty over everything else,and it shows in real life how magnificent this sapphire really is.

The side diamonds are estimated to weigh approximately 2.0carats total, they are round and marquise shape, G to H color and VS clarity.

This ring also has European hallmarks, the work is all handmade which means that this ring was made specifically for the center stone.

The top of this ring measures approximately 9mm wide, isshould fit a finger size 8 and there’s a bit of room for sizing as well.
