A fine large prayer kilim from the Village of Derbent in the mountains near Konya inexceptional original condition. Striking graphics, well drawn motifs including winged elibelinde goddess and tree of life in a very effective colour combination. Tightly woven, thick, hard wearing wool weave on a wool foundation.Clean and with fringes retained.
