easy a 9/10.
I don't know much about this set, I know that Carl M Cohr made an extremely similar looking set as well as Magnus Aase but I couldn't match up their symbols to see which brand it was.

Hello. This set has the German silver mark on it (half moon, crown & silver purity (this one being 830). The rampant lion is the maker's mark. Silver in many countries (besides Norway) is marked 830 (which is the silver purity). In America, it's usually marked 925 for sterling, in Germany it can be marked 800, 835, 925 & so on & on . If it was made before 1886, German silver was marked for the city or region it came from & several have the rampant lion. After 1886, that practice was abolished & silver was marked with the crescent moon & crown plus the silver purity number & makers mark. This set was made after 1886 because it has the crescent moon & crown besides the purity number. The only makers mark I can find with the rampant lion is for Gerbruder Deyhle, Schwabisch Gmund (the area in Germany), founded in 1820.
