Exquisite Vintage All Original 8 1/2\" Lenci Doll with Broom, Series 300/15
Offered: She is a stunning example of the vintage Lenci doll - 8½\" with blonde hair - dressed in all original pieced felt dress with matching felt hair ties, ruffled apron edged in matching coral felt. Her white petticoat and bloomers both have same coral felt scalloped edging. Note delightful socks and felt shoes. In her right hand is a long handled broom.
Condition: Outstanding condition and coloring! She is near perfect - vibrant color throughout, original hairdo styled in long braids and topknot, raised eyebrows and rosy cheeks. She does not have a tag, but is pictured in Nancy Lazenby\'s book \"Lenci, The History and the Dolls\" on page 134 and is described as \"circa 1933 Series 300/15. What a little charmer and a prize addition to any collection of early Lenci dolls.
