Extremely Rare Irish Bellek Lace Cup And Saucer 2nd Black Mark 3 Tied Feet For Sale
It is almost impossible to find this wonderful Irish Belleek cup and saucer as the lace pattern is so rare. It has the second black mark which dates it to 1891-1926. The cup has a fancy handle and three feet tied together with a gold ribbon. The cup is 3 1/4" x 2 3/4"; and the saucer is 5 1/2".
The set has a beautiful lacy flower petal pattern with pink highlights. It is heavily textured. A set is pictured on page 116-117 in the book, "Belleek Irish Porcelain" by Marion Langham. It lists for over $500. The set is in excellent condition. There is a scratch inside the cup and a little hump which was done in the manufacturing. They are very hard to see, and we couldn't pick them up on our camera. Both pieces ring like a bell.
