Up for sale is a very rare Roy collins 1883-1949 Portland Ct black duck decoy. This decoy is a raised wing carving with upswept bill and painted eyes In 2015 the same style decoy sold for $3000 at Copley sale this decoy is in very nice condition except for a crack in the neck.
