Early tin toy made in France by Fernand Martin. The toy comes in its original pictorial box. The toy is in very good condition but it does not work. There is a round hole in his body under his shirt but the winding post is not in the hole. The toy is in such good shape that it looks like the toy never worked and was left in the box. There is a mark on the side of his nose that looks like it was done in the factory. Box is complete. It has split on seam in one corner & along the side. 7 3/4\" tall.
