FINE ANTIQUE 19TH C NATIVE AMERICAN INDIAN PLAINS SIOUX BEADED BEADWORK CASE NR
I will be selling a very large number of interesting antiques including Tribal art, Chinese, Japanese, and European antiques. I will possibly be selling over two days so please check again on FRIDAY as there may be more pieces for sale. PLEASE NOTE: This sale is in GB Pounds Sterling.

This is one of several fine pieces of Native American beadwork I am selling this week. This example is a 19th Century case of some kind from the Plains and possibly Sioux in origin. It is fully beaded on leather to one side with the long triangular flap conealing a small pouch edged with beadwork of a different design. I am not sure what this pouch would have held but certainly something quite small. This is certainly a well used antique piece and considering this it is in remarkable condition with only one or two areas of wear similarly very few missing beads. I am sure this great object would fit in any good collection of Native American beadwork and I am selling this week and I am selling it at a very low starting price and with .

Condition & Dimensions Very good overall condition. A few missing beads and some wear to the leather all as photographed but no major damage.

Postage & Packing For your peace of mind and mine items will be sent fully insured. I will be posting from WEDNESDAY 27TH MARCH so please make payment as early as possible. PLEASE be a little patient with the post - I will get them posted asap but I work on my own, often have a fair amount to post and I do pack carefully. I also post in the order that things are paid for.

Any delays by the postal services either at my end or abroad are rarely my fault. I always post out at the latest 3 working days after receiving cleared payment but sometimes an item is slowed up by a backlog of post or delayed whilst being processed through customs. To give you an idea it generally takes about 3-7 working days within Europe and 9 - 14 working days to the U.S. / rest of the world. If speed is of the essence then I can use a courier (DHL / FEDEX etc.) but prices for couriers start at around £30 / £40GBP for the very smallest object and VERY quickly escalate depending on size, weight and destination. Please note also that there has been a considerable hike in postage prices by the Royal Mail this year. I add on very little, often not enough to cover the packaging materials, so the price I quote really is as fair as possible.
