Mermaid Lane, Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia estateTHIS sale:PAIR (2) fine quality old or antique chinese carved "faux" IVORY OXBONE figural sculptures of throne -seated EMEROR and EMPRESS, both beautifully carved, each set with tiny CORAL stone to head band, internal graining evident, see pictures, probably republic period, 20th century, or older, both mounted on possibly later round carved teakwood bases. each approx 7" tall overall or 5.75" tall without wood bases.
