Circa 1835Halley's comet visits every 75 or so years and this particular fly past on the 16th November 1835 was a popular subject for jewellery design at the time.Unmarked but has been tested to 15 carat gold, pin is not gold.Measures almost 1" long.Weighs 1.7 gramsIn very good antique conditionPlease enlarge the images to check the details before you offer.Please remember antique, Georgian and Victorian jewellery items have been worn and loved for well over 100 years, they are all going to show signs of wear commensurate with their age.AMENDMENTS ARERIGHTDOWN TERMS OF SALE: All items are to be paid for withinTHREE days of the sales end.
