FINE VINTAGE POST - 1949 CHINESE YIXING ZISHA TEA POT TEAPOT
MARKED
Up for
sale is a fine vintage Chinese Yixing Zisha teapot, circa
post - 1949. Both the lid and base are marked. I can't quite
make out the maker seal on the lid but the teapot is in the
style of a famous Yixing teapot maker. It measures approximately
6" tall and 8" long from the handle to the tip of
the spout. The teapot is in very good vintage condition with
some age-related wear. No chips, cracks or repair. Please
refer to the photographs below for more details.
Please
be aware that Canada Post's international (for both USA and
overseas) shipping rates may be higher than the rates from
USPS and others. These shipping rates are what Canada Post
charges for shipping and insurance. There is nothing we can
do about it. Please do not give us a rating under 5 for something
that is out of our control. It is vital for our business

and above normal wear for the age of the item. All items are
sold AS IS. You're advised to study
the photos carefully before making your decision to buy items.

buyer / buyer understand that the color displayed on their
monitor may not reflect the true color and or texture of the
item up for sale. If

Shipping
Information
All
items are shipped via Canada Post. All items will be carefully
packed before shipping. Please refer to the calculator on the
shipping and payments tab to determine shipping rates. Insurance
and a small handling are included in the shipping cost. Please
allow 3 business days, after payment has cleared, to process
and pack your item. Typical shipping time (after item has been
dropped at the post office) to Canadian and United States destination
is 7 to 15 business days depending on your location. Please
keep in mind that shipping time after the item has been dropped
at the post office and delays at Customs are beyond our control.
Expedited Parcel includes up to $100 of insurance. Additional
insurance is require for items over $100 at a rate of $2 per
$100. If insurance is not purchased seller can not be held responsible
for lost or damaged packages during shipment. All damaged or
missing items will investigated by the Canada Post. In case
of damage; shipping, insurance and handling are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible to report any damage within five days
receiving the item. All packing material should be kept in case
a claim is needed. We will not be responsible for any damage
cost if claim can not be filed to insurance company, due to
customer mistake that "did not keep the original packaging
material and box".
International Buyers:
International
buyers are welcome, but please contact us for shipping cost
before offerding on an item.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item
price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s
responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs
office to determine what these additional costs will be prior
to offerding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the
shipping company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse
them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise
values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - International
shipping regulations prohibit such behavior.
You are responsible for making sure that items purchased are
legal for import into your country. We the seller are not responsible
for your purchases that may be seized by your country's customs
offices. Please check with your country's customs office to
determine their restrictions and prohibitions.
Payment
We accept payments through PayPal. We
will only ship to a PayPal confirmed address. Payment must be
received within 5 days after the end of the sale. If payment
is not received I reserve the right to relist the item, notify
of your status as a non-paying buyer. If you are offerding
on multiple items, and want to wait for the results of subsequent
sales to combine shipping, or if there are extenuating circumstances,
a simple email to that effect will avoid any problems with the
time frames prescribed above. Listing prices as well as shipping
costs are listed in US Dollars.
Canadian residents must pay appropriate taxes. Applicable taxes
will be added to the total.
Return
Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Returns are only accepted if there has been an error in the
listing description. We do not accept returns on items damaged
in transit. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Buyer
is responsible for return shipping and insurance cost. Please
contact me first and wait for approval before returning the
item. All returned items must be received in their original
condition. Items being returned must be packed and shipped
in the original packaging and box. Insurance and a tracking
number is required. After
inspection we will refund your money (minus any insurance
and S/H charges). Items that have been damaged will not be
refunded. If a package is lost or damaged, it can take up
to 1 month to investigate these claims. If proper instructions
are not followed your return will be invalid and you will
forfeit all privileges.
