Up for sale is an excellent Victorian Barker Ellis Silver plate 8pc condiment set. The service is top top notch quality throughout with gorgeous Shell & Rope Motifs and great Claw Feet Legs. The service includes two (2) Open Salts measuring 1-3/4'' tall and 4'' across the widest part with their (2) original Spoons, two (2) Pepper Shakers measuring 4'' tall and a Mustard Pot measuring 4-1/4" long by 4" wide, also complete with the (1) original Spoon. The service is by the finest English Silver Plate Company, Barker Ellis and features their Pineapple and SM marks, which I am told denotes Solid Sterling Silver Mounts, the finest quality you could purchase at the time. Overall the service in excellent condition throughout, no signs of plate loss or bad wear except under the insert of the Mustard Pot, also the blue glass liners are all in fine condition with NO CHIPS, CRACKS OR REPAIRS ! I am certain the new owner will be most impressed when they see it in real life, it is the finest service I have sold in a long time ! I also doubt you will find another of this quality up for sale any time soon with !
