Model NV 45 easy chair, designed by Finn Juhl and produced by Niels Vodder for the Copenhagen Cabinetmakers' Guild Exhibition in 1945. The Guild shows emphasized the work of the artisan over mass production, so Juhl's early chairs were produced in small numbers - eighty at most.
Juhl generally used teak, rosewood or other dark woods, such as mahogany and walnut in his chairs. Please note: I'm not certain which wood was used in this chair. If you can identify the wood, I would very much appreciate an e-mail.Condition: additional details
