VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ - THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE offerDING:

All our lots are sold on our description and can be returned if unhappy as long as received back to us in same condition within 14 days of receipt. We are only human and do from time make errors, so please contact us 1st prior to contacting or leaving response as we always rectify.

Please always wait for us to invoice you before paying as correct postage and insurances will need to be added in certain instances.

UK postage - Recorded delivery must be used on all sendings over 40 pounds and 95p extra charge will be added to the invoice. All sendings that total over 100 pounds must be sent Special insured next day delivery and this price will vary depending on weight. The only exception to this is when a courier rate is used - then the insurance and tracking is already included. All our rates are quoted from Royal Mail domestic tariff plus we add 50p for packaging. This incorporates a jiffy bag for smaller sending, or a box/bubble wrap for large lots. We do not make any money out of postage and all our lots are sent very securely packed indeed. We strongly advise that Recorded delivery is used on every sending no matter what the value - we will always invoice giving you the option.

International Postage. All our rates quoted are from the Royal Mail Tariff using either Small Packet or Printed Papers option. We add 50p for packaging which will include a jiffy bag or box/bubble wrap - we do not make any money out of postage. For items over 5 kilos we will be using courier mail - the company may vary depending on who is cheapest. For purchases over 50 pounds, all sendings must go Signed for tracked and insured airmail delivery, in which case 4.95 will be added to the invoice. We strongly recommend that you send by this method on all transactions no matter how small - we will always invoice you giving you the option. In any case, your item will not be sent registered and insured unless you request this facility or have paid for this facility. It is the only way that tracking can be raised - regular airmail does not provide tracking - please bear this in mind. We regretfully are unable to send any tracked item to Post Box addresses - our couriers and Royal Mail do not allow this. All Courier sendings as indicated will have the insurance and tracking included in the postal rate quoted.

All our lots are despatched within 48 hours of payment received unless indicated in the sale page. Sometimes we may advertise a dispatch date that falls with the end of a sale. This is primarily for your benefit as it allows you to consolidate on postage and have one total for all your lots. Our monthly sales fall at the end of each month and are between 400 & 800 lots spread over a 5 day period.

Contacting us: We will answer all emails as soon as we can but please be aware that our offices are closed on Sundays for reply to any enquiries. In all cases please use the format to ask us any questions. Phone calls should be only in an emergency and by prior arrangement so that the correct number can be given depending on your question.

ALL PURCHASE MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Paypal is the preferred method of payment. We also accept bank transfers and cheques - before any payments are sent, you must contact us to make sure you have all the correct information. Cheques are subject to a 7 day delay in you receiving your goods.

And Finally: We will always combine postage as as the tariff allows. Our Courier service allows up to 20 Kilos for one flat rate UK sendings only. International purchases, we will always do the best we can, but Royal Mail charge by the gramme and do not have a sliding tariff - always wait for our invoice.
