What a fabulous antique amber necklace! It has graduated size beads of beautiful egg yolk butterscotch amber. The necklace weighs 39.3 grams. The largest bead measures approximately 20mm by 14mm. The necklace measures 29" long. There is age wear to the beads, and there are some chips at the holes. The beads vary in shape and size, and have natural color variation as seen the the photo.Necklace has been recently hand knotted on silk cord - it has the original push in clasp that we found the necklace with. What a fine antique treasure! You will love it!
